Was supposed to be a gift but I couldn't decide because they're all so cute, so I got one for myself. I'm keeping this one. :)

I’m delighted with my Steve mug. It makes me giggle every time I use it. Hopefully not so much that I spill my tea.

Sent as a gift, so I can't speak to the quality - though the recipient loves it and I've had a photo of him holding it - so I'm happy. I didn't have to avail myself of customer service, other than placing the order and receiving tracking updates - on that, I give 5 stars. The item actually arrived much more quickly than anticipated.

The mug was a gift, and the recipient was very happy with the quality and the substantial size of the mug and it's handle.
I appreciated it being shipped in a timely manner and easy to track. Pricing was a bit on the high side, but overall, we were pleased.

I was really impressed that I could make a special request from the store to get what I wanted. It came quickly and the packaging held it secure. (I’m even going to use the packaging as an engineering example in my classroom!)

The mug is absolutely brilliant - bought as a present and definitely appreciated by the recipient :)
Thanks for popping in. This shop can only deliver to the UK, the US and Canada at the moment (we're still working on the red tape). Steve offered to deliver everywhere else himself. I've said no.
But all is far from lost! Shopping from abroad? My Etsy shop delivers to you. It's all the same products, Etsy just handles the taxes and paperwork for your country on my behalf.
