Shipping policy

Where we deliver: the UK, the United States and Canada. Ordering from Europe or elsewhere? You can find all our designs on our Etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/InOtterNews

Delivery costs: delivery prices, and any free delivery offers, are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes: everything is printed to order, which usually takes 2 to 5 working days, then it's posted. Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 working days in the UK, and 5 to 8 working days in the US and Canada. Faster than Steve gets home from the pub, anyway.

Printed near you: orders are printed as close to you as possible, usually in your own country, so there shouldn't be any customs charges.

More than one item? If your order has different kinds of things in it (say a mug and a t-shirt), they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking: you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
