Prices: UK prices include VAT. Prices for the US and Canada are shown in dollars and don't include UK VAT. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order: when you place an order you'll get a confirmation email. Our contract with you starts when we confirm your order has been sent. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we'll refund you in full.

Colours: we do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Our designs: all Steve designs, artwork and text are owned by In Otter News. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission. Steve gets very upset.

Your rights: nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

The law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
