Steve is so helpful. Brad doesn't know how lucky he is to work side by side with such greatness. Thank you for all that you do, Steve. Anyway, this mug's otterley awesome! It's sturdy and glossy with a vivid print that'll withstand the microwave and dishwasher.

The first mug arrived damaged through Canada post even though it was packaged well and clearly marked fragile. The seller was quick to respond and I had a new one in a couple of days. Excellent service! It was a gift for my husband and he loves it!

I'm loving 'Steve' loving the cups. The bigger size one is really nice to cuddle up with. The others are still great and everyone loves them. Packaging and shipping was excellent and very speedy. Highly recommend.

I got this mug, two other mugs, and the calendar for my dad who loves otters and also happens to be named Steve, and he loves all of them! He's a massive fan of In Otter News and he loves Steve the Otter so it was a perfect gift choice for him.

I love Steve! The mug itself is the good, sturdy kind, not the kind you are afraid the handle is going to fall off. It also has Steve. With the addition of great packaging and quick shipping, I don't know how this transaction could have been any better!

Great mug, very good quality. If I was to nit pick I would have preferred the mug wrapped in a small amount of tissue paper .. not put straight in the box.
Thanks for popping in. This shop can only deliver to the UK, the US and Canada at the moment (we're still working on the red tape). Steve offered to deliver everywhere else himself. I've said no.
But all is far from lost! Shopping from abroad? My Etsy shop delivers to you. It's all the same products, Etsy just handles the taxes and paperwork for your country on my behalf.
