Great gift! My friend loved it
No problems with shipping: item arrived within the predicted window. Nice to have the option to customize. Recipient says he's happy with the mug.
Leaving 5 stars ‘cause I’m not trying to mess up anyone’s business, but I’m not super pleased.
I reached out to the seller to ask if this would arrive by Feb 6. He said yes, but I had to order right away, which I did.
Now, I understand there can be shipping delays, but I got a notification on Feb 6… that it had just shipped. It was to be a birthday present, for a birthday party on the 7th. I reached out on the 6th to ask what was up and never received a reply.
I just got the mug today, Feb. 10.
It’s a cute mug, but I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had thought it would ship out the same day I was expecting it to be delivered. No note from the seller, nothing. Very uncool.
I bought this as a gift to myself. I am retiring soon and I plan to drink from the mug on calls. The best part is the personalization.
My husband loved the personalized message. It is exactly what I hoped for and well worth the wait!!
Loved the mug! The only issue was I bought a calendar with the mug, & seller didn’t communicate ahead that they were shipped separately. I received the calendar ( this was the shipping tracking info I received), but was concerned when it arrived without the mug, but said 2 items delivered. When I messaged the seller, he replied very quickly that they were shipped separately. I didn’t receive any shipping info for the mug, but it was delivered the day after the calendar arrived. Seller can just improve by communicating if the order is coming in 2 separate shipments, & provide tracking info for all shipments.
We have several of the Steve mugs now and just love all of them. It was a nice option to have this one personalized with our names. Great service, great product, prompt shipping. Highly recommend!
Wonderful little mug with name of irritating nuisance neighbor perfectly inscribed. I smile when I use it! Arrived in perfect condition and very quickly.
Very nice ceramic mug to custom specifications with names in correct order and spelled correctly. Nice weight and good quality. Would buy another one without hesitation
The mugs are adorable! Nice to have Steve with me for coffee every morning! Excellent quality with brilliant colors. I am very satisfied with my purchase!
Steve is awesome. We’re soulmates.
Such a great mug!! I can't wait to give it to my friend!
Just what I wanted.
I love it!
Absolute perfection! I got one for myself as a reward for surviving a terrible meeting with my boss. It was such a hit that I ordered one for my oldest daughter who just started her first job and then another for a coworker. Cute and snarky for the win!
Very quick delivery, item exactly as expected.
Excellent mug and responsive customer service. Very happy.
I start work every morning with this new favorite mug of mine. It makes me smile and work less boring. Gotta have some humor in life ^^
Arrived on time. My friends live their birthday gifts ^^
I chose The Gym after looking at all the options, and it was a tough decision! Steve is always amusing, but adding my name made the mug super personal. I'm thinking of Christmas gifts for friends, but right now I'm drinking juice out of my mug and grinning.
What a great coffee mug. I bought this as a gift for a friend. I know she will love it. The quality is better than I expected. I was also very impressed with the packaging. Arrived with no damage whatsoever. Definitely recommend. Nice work Steve.
Wow super fast delivery and the mug is adorable!
Well, you can't go wrong with Steve... but I suppose a proper review is in order, so the item is as described, great quality and it arrived quickly. It's otterly brilliant, and I love it!
I bought a custom mug for each member of my immediate family (4 of us) including myself. I recently retired from paid work, and the joke in the family is that now I do nothing every day. So I just had to order this mug for myself! The print is glossy and sharp, and wraps around the mug so that the image is on both sides, whether you’re a lefty or a righty. Nothing was too much trouble for the seller whom I highly recommend!
Great communication and prompt delivery. Personalizing the mugs makes Steve’s thoughts even funnier! Thank you!
